To get the most out of our sessions, it is important that you are open and receptive to this new modality. It may seem a little “foo foo,” but a lot of our clients experience a life-changing transformation after just one or two sessions.

At the bottom of the page includes a demonstration video of the massage and frequently asked questions.

We look forward to working with you soon!

First Time Questions

Am I going to cry during my session?

Crying does not always happen during the session. If you do cry, it is usually after the session (later that day or the following day).

This technique releases whatever stuck energy is inside of you. Our sessions are typically whole body, so a mix of emotions will get released. It’s often described as a “trip” and “experience” by our clients.

Am I a good fit?

This treatment is perfectly fine for most individuals.

There are a handful of individuals who might not be a good fit. Please let us know if you have any of the following contraindications:

  • history of blood clots

  • currently pregnant

  • liver failure

  • diabetes

  • hemophilia or if blood-thinning medication is being taken

  • severe bipolar disorder

  • severe osteoporosis

  • severe platelet deficiency

What should I do to prepare?

Please be hydrated and try to avoid eating for at least one hour before your session.

Try to avoid drinking alcohol for at least 24 hours after your session.

What should I wear?

Men - shorts/boxer briefs; shirt is optional
Women - shorts; sports bra/tank top

Long and tight-fitted clothing like yoga pants makes working around some of the areas difficult.

Please avoid wearing a lot of jewelry. Bracelets and necklaces can get in the way. Rings are okay to wear.

Please avoid heavy makeup and perfume.

What should I do after?

Take it easy. You will feel exhausted.

Hydrate and make sure to drink some electrolytes!

Enjoy a nice walk. Soak in an epsom salt bath. Meditate.

Avoid alcohol and caffeine

This is a huge detox on your body. Try to eat clean and avoid anything that will dehydrate you. We recommend soup and lean protein.

What if I can’t make my appointment?

Please let us know if you are unable to make your appointment.

Any cancellations with less than 48 hours of notice are subject to a cancelation fee of 100% of your scheduled service that must be paid before your next appointment.
